Dot B: Mindfulness for Adolescents
Dot.B is a mindfulness program for the teenagers. Mindfulness is mainly about paying attention to our moment-to-moment experience.
It helps us to live in the present, instead of living in the past or future.
By doing so, it helps us not to over worry or overthink on our daily problems, which will help to reduce our stress. Research studies has shown that people who practise mindfulness are shown to be calmer, have less anxiety, have better attention in doing work, and better coping with their stress.
Ages : Secondary 2 - 4 (14 - 16 years old)
Every Tuesday & Friday, 2:30pm - 3:30pm
Dates : Nov - 14th, 17th, 21st, 24th, 28th
Dec - 1st, 5th, 8th, 12th, 15th
